Ms Brooke R Holmes is a female Dental Hygienist.
Brooke joined our team in November 2020. Having 16 years of clinical dental hygiene experience, Brooke trained and worked for the first 10 years of her career in the United States. Brooke graduated from Western Kentucky University which was ranked a top 3 dental hygiene program in the USA during her time there. She obtained a Bachelors of Science with honours in Dental Hygiene from WKU. After moving to New Zealand with her family in 2015, Brooke has worked both in Auckland and Tauranga mainly focusing on non surgical periodontal therapy. Brooke enjoys tailoring treatment to each person’s individual needs and is gentle and thorough. She has a focus on pain management and wants each patient to be comfortable and confident in their dental treatment. Brooke has training in advanced periodontal therapy as well as experience in treating a variety of conditions. She is knowledgeable and skilled in treating periodontal disease, hygiene cleans for both children’s and adults, teeth whitening and tooth sensitivity. She attended lectures and clinics in the USA to gain extra training and knowledge specifically in the treatment and prevention of both tooth sensitivity and fluoride applications, as well as teeth whitening and subsequent care.
