BSc (Oral Health) (AUT), Dental Hygienist
Ms Bridget A Ranger is a female Dental Hygienist.
Bridget has been involved in dentistry since 2002. She gained her University degree in dental hygiene in 2008. After graduating she spent a year working in a specialist periodontal practice in Christchurch where she honed her skills and learnt from the best in her field. In 2011 Bridget and her family escaped the Christchurch earthquakes and made the move to the Bay of Plenty. They wanted to take advantage of the wonderful lifestyle that Tauranga has to offer. Bridget was working in a practice in Tauranga before being head hunted to join our Te Puke dental team.
Bridget is very passionate about her role which is vital in helping people to achieve optimal oral health. Visiting a hygienist regularly is as much about prevention of oral disease as it is about treatment. Bridget is motivated by the improvements in her patients’ oral health at recall appointments. It is also extremely satisfying having patients see the positive results and they genuinely appreciate her care and attention. Bridget’s motto is ‘As adults we only get one set of teeth so give them the care and attention they deserve’.
