Ms Georgina Wilson is a female Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist.
Georgina Wilson grew up on the West Coast attending Inangahua College in Reefton before graduating from the School for Dental Nurses in Wellington in 1989.
After working in Invercargill and Nelson, Georgina returned to the West Coast and joined the practice in 1992, first as an assistant before progressing to Practice Manager and Hygienist as an auxiliary. After having time off to have children she returned to the practice in 2005 as a Registered Dental Therapist, treating Under 18 year old patients. In 2007 she became a Registered Dental Hygienist with the Dental Council of New Zealand having treated patients for some years under the auxiliary scope.
Georgina is a member of both the NZ Dental and Oral Health Therapist Association and NZ Dental Hygienists Association and attends the respective conferences yearly. She thoroughly enjoys treating young adolescents on the coast, many of whom travel long distances for treatment. Georgina sees a wide range of dental issues, ranging from large cusp restorations to anterior composites.
