Dr Samantha K Sproat is a female General Dentist.
Samantha Sproat graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Otago.
After graduating, Samantha spent time working as a Dental House Surgeon in Christchurch Public Hospital and then spent a year in London. Upon returning to New Zealand, Southland has become home for her.
Samantha joined the team at Lumino in June 2015. Here, she enjoys meeting new patients and getting to know them and their families. She takes a great deal of satisfaction from helping anxious patients and teenagers get through treatment that they previously thought impossible.
Samantha has a keen interest in surgical extractions and is developing her skills in providing great aesthetic anterior restorations. She is also interested in preventative dentistry - helping patients to adapt good oral hygiene practices in order to prevent decay and avoid having to have extensive treatment.
She is also undertaking a wide range of courses to improve her skills in all aspects of general dentistry.
