Dr Carolyn R Langrell-Read is a female General Dentist.
Carolyn graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Otago University in 1992. After gaining valuable clinical experience in larger practices in Queenstown and Auckland in 1995 Carolyn established practice in Mount Eden, Auckland. Carolyn has always shown a strong passion to continuing her dental education, to further her knowledge and keep up to date with the latest clinical innovations. She travelled extensively gaining both local and international knowledge and clinical skills and techniques to bring back for the benefit of her patients. In 1999 Carolyn returned to Otago University to undertake formal study towards a Post-Graduate Diploma in Periodontal (Gum) Disease, an achievement she was proudly awarded with Distinction for her achievements. During the subsequent 14 years Carolyn has continued to upgrade her clinical skills in the areas of minimal intervention dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, crown and bridge work, Implant dentistry, Root canal treatment and Techniques and procedures for Paediactric dentistry. Carolyn is currently undertaking study in the area of Preventive Healthcare and Longevity Health Education.
